Wood River Takes State Tennis Title He had been there before, winning the State 4A boys’ doubles tennis championship with partner Charlie Grabow two years ago on a cold and blustery weekend inside the Boas Bubble at Boise State University. This year, playing outdoors on a simply beautiful and hot spring day at the Boise Racquet Club, Raleigh Grossbaum, above, and Grabow were simply on fire in their straight-set championship match victory over a Columbia pair Saturday.
