At Silver Creek, a boost for nature

Idaho City resident Jesse Shreve, employed by Intermountain Aquatics of Driggs, plants sedges around Kilpatrick Pond near Picabo on Wednesday. The plants—which are being placed as part of a major restoration project along Silver Creek—are surrounded by biodegradable coconut fiber for erosion control.
