Couples Eat It To Win It For Valentine Race Kat and Dan Vanden Heuvel chow down at the Sub Shack in Ketchum for the second annual Wood River Community YMCA Valentine Amazing Race. The competition is based on the television show “The Amazing Race.” The YMCA competition took place on Saturday, Feb. 14, with five couples taking part in various eating and sports activities, including climbing at the YMCA, a sub-eating race at the Sub Shack, eating a doughnut without hands at the Donut’s Lodge in Ketchum, skating at Sun Valley Outdoor Ice Rink, a photo shoot at the Goldmine in Ketchum and playing left-handed beer pong at Lefty’s in Ketchum.
