Small Brush Fire Burns Warm Springs
A brush fire on Thursday, June 12, burned about an acre near Rooks Creek in the Warm Springs drainage about 12 miles west of Ketchum. According to a press release from the Ketchum Fire Department, the Ketchum and Sun Valley departments and the Forest Service responded at 4:45 p.m. The local crews were released at 7 p.m., though the Forest Service crew was on the scene overnight.
