Lefty's Bar & Grill 15, Elevate 8

It looked like an upset in the making as unbeaten Lefty's started very slowly against winless Elevate. After four innings, Elevate made an excellent start with 6 runs on 12 hits for a 6-2 lead. But Lefty's broke it open with 9 runs on 9 hits in the fifth and finished the game with 15 of its 25 hits in its final two at-bats. Fueling the big Lefty's inning was an RBI triple by Tony Mallane (3 hits, HR, 2 runs) followed by bases-clearing HRs by Buffalo Rixon (3 hits) and Anthony Anderson. Lefty's: Dave Hausmann 4 hits (triple) and 4 runs, Kenny Nelson 4 hits (2 doubles), Lacey Anderson 2 hits and 2 runs. Elevate: Travis Phelan 3 hits (double), Kellee Havens 3 hits and 2 runs, Cooper Minnis and Bryan Shea 2 hits (triple) apiece, Brad Hennessy 2 hits (double) and 2 runs.

Casino (23 hits) scored in each at-bat including a big 7-run, bat-around uprising that featured 4 hits and 4 walks. Casino: Dustin Feight 3 hits (triple) and 3 runs, Sara Torres 3 runs, Craig Morse 4 hits (triple, double) and 5 runs, Gretchen Wagner 3 hits (double) and 3 runs, Tommy Romano 3 hits (2 doubles) and 3 runs, Gary Moser 5 hits and 3 runs, Brenda Johnson triple and double. Bioscience: Levi Perryman 2 doubles and 2 runs, Kevin Jones 3 hits and 2 runs, Ryan Brown 3 hits (double, HR).

Idaho Bioscience 14, Elevate 4

Bioscience (17 hits) used a 5-run, 6-hit third to build its cushion to 8-2. Bioscience: Amber Marsh 2 hits and 3 runs, Levi Perryman 3 hits (HR, 2 doubles) and 4 runs, Kevin Jones 3 hits (double) and 2 runs, Ryan Brown 3 hits (double). Elevate: Kellee Havens 2 hits, Cooper Minnis RBI double.

The Firefighters (18 hits) poured it on with 9 runs on 12 hits in the third and fourth innings extending an early 4-3 lead. Run-scoring triples by John Rathfon (3 hits, 3-run HR, 2 runs) and Keith Potter sparked the 5-run third. Firefighters: Sharon Payne 2 hits and 2 runs, Sarah Benson 3 hits and 3 runs, Bryan Burrell 2 hits, Matt Christian triple. KECH: Danny Maloney 2 hits (double) and 2 runs, Rod Watson RBI triple, Trey Knox and Lenny Joseph 2 hits apiece.
