A 25-year-old Hailey man who was injured in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday near the Shoshone Ice Caves was listed in critical condition Thursday at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.

Guillermo Ruiz-Juarez was flown by emergency helicopter to the hospital from the scene of the crash at milepost 90 on state Highway 75. Idaho State Police reported that Ruiz-Juarez was not wearing a seatbelt when for "unknown reasons" his 2010 Nissan Altima left the roadway and rolled.

A condition report was not available on an 8-year-old Ketchum girl who fell from a second-story balcony Monday evening in the downtown area of Ketchum. She was airlifted in serious condition to Saint Alphonsus. Both the Ketchum Police Department and the Ketchum Fire Department declined to release the girl's name to the Idaho Mountain Express.
