Freedom?s flag

As old Glory parades by on this Fourth of July be us reminded it's freedom for which it flies, not a welfare state that controls our lives.

In freedom beneath this flag I stand, my own free man in my native land. Not to be told that I must tolerate, the dictates of liberalism, I hate.

The principles of freedom are yours and mine not a liberalism that would enslave our mind. The stealthy tread of foreigners sleeping in Lincoln's bed and a thousand more, tear our flag to a shred.

Not in battle is our flag being torn asunder but by the liberals and politicians who wonder, what's so wrong with us citizens of the "good ol'" USA, surrendering our guns and embracing a new day.

Given to us by our political would-be dictators, treasonous delight, instead of by the buck and roar of freedom's cannon and guns by the dawn's early light.
