Thrushing? Through The Sagebrush

An American robin shows off its colorful plumage near the base of Dollar Mountain in Sun Valley. The American robin is the United States? largest thrush, about 10 inches long. This common bird is found throughout North America, ranging from extreme northern Canada to as far south as Guatemala. It?s known for feeding on lawns in a search for earthworms. The birds ?cheery? chirp is often one of the first songs heard in the morning. Photo by David N. Seelig
