The Quarterbacks, Receivers and Backs Mini-Camp for kids in grades 5-12 will be Friday, June 3 from 1-4 p.m. and Saturday, June 4 from 8-11 a.m. at the high school in Hailey.

Cost is $25 per person. The age range will cover individual coaching at the Optimist Football, middle school and high school levels.

Quarterback and receiver fundamentals will be covered. There will be competitions for quarterbacks, wide receivers and running. Prizes will include t-shirts, autographed Boise State University football gear and gift certificates.

Scheduled to be guest clinicians are BSU quarterback B.J. Rhode and Southern Oregon QB Dan Walters.

After the Mini-Camp, the Wolverine Football Camp 2005 will be Monday through Friday, June 13-17 at the high school. Sessions each day are 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Eligible are young players from Optimist to the eighth grade, as well as grades 9-12.

It is a full contact camp. You must have family insurance. There will be certified trainers on site daily.

The staff will teach fundamentals and technique, teach Wolverine schemes, offer a weightlifting program and stress safety throughout. Offense, defense and special teams will be emphasized. Cost is $75 through May 26 and $80 afterward.
