Ski the Rails the 13th annual free cross-country ski tour from Ketchum to Hailey starts officially at 10 a.m. from either 2nd Avenue in Ketchum or East Fork Rd. Snacks and drinks at four aid stations along the way. Lunch ($8 per person) is served until 2 p.m. at Café at the Brewery in Hailey. Rotarun Ski Hill is Open Hailey’s little "Ma and Pa" ski hill two miles west of town is open. Hours of operation are Saturdays and Sundays from 10-4, plus Wednesday and Friday nights from 7-10 p.m. Cost for the rope tow is $6 adults, $4 children and free for kids five-and-under.

Blaine County Planning and Zoning Commissioners meet at the County Courthouse in Hailey at 6:30 p.m. for, among other things, a hearing on an amendment that would provide for outdoor lighting regulations. Thursday
