'70s rockers still going strong
Guitarist Patrick Simmons of The Doobie Brothers hits a note during the classic rock band’s show Wednesday at the Sun Valley Pavilion. The concert—presented by the Killebrew-Thompson golf tournament—was a fundraiser for cancer research. The Doobie Brothers had broad fame in the 1970s and have toured with different members since the band first broke up in 1982.
