Valley Gets In The Yuletide Spirit

The Christmas spirit was in full force in the valley over the weekend. Top: The nexStage Theatre in Ketchum hosted a six-show run of “A Christmas Carol” directed by Keith Moore, Patsy Wygle and Patty Par-sons, with the final showing today, Dec. 24, at 2 p.m. Most of the 55-cast-member group took time after Sun-day’s matinee to scowl at the character Scrooge, played by Scott Creighton, front. Right: Sun Valley Village was aglow after all the holiday lights—including those on a big Christmas tree—were officially turned on Sat-urday evening. Along with several ice sculptures, the area is beautifully adorned with Yuletide effects. Be-low: The Colla Voce singing group from Wood River High School performed Saturday on Main Street in Hailey as part of the Hailey Holiday Square festival.
