Skiing At Night Is All Right A high-flying night owl soars in the twilight on Sunday evening at Dollar Mountain, above, during Sun Valley Co.’s first night-skiing event, offered to celebrate the Presidents Day weekend. Turnout was good, with crowds flocking to the Quarter Dollar lift. Special events for families were offered at the resort all weekend long. “Sun Valley was very pleased with the turnout of over 700 people enjoying themselves on Dollar Sunday evening,” Sun Valley Resort spokesman Jack Sibbach said. “All of the family activities were very well received. The bowling alley was packed Friday and I’ve never seen as many people on the outdoor skating rink.”
