Good Guys, Gals Do Finish First

Although the Wood River High School football team lost their Homecoming battle on the gridiron, the Homecoming royalty selections were popularly victorious. A large crowd of enthusiastic students, faculty, family and alumni roared with approval of the selections made by the student body of seniors Nicole Pratt, left, and Nathan Lago as Homecoming Queen and King, respectively. Pratt is well known and respected for her ice skating skills and Lago is already working on his senior project, a rib cook-off benefiting the Special Olympics and Blaine County students with disabilities.
