Familiar Faces Mingle At Resort Billionaire investor Warren Buffett walks through Sun Valley Village Wednesday with his wife, Astrid Buffett, during the first day of the 29th annual Allen & Co. conference. The post-Fourth-of-July gathering of media and technology moguls at Sun Valley Resort is scheduled to last through Saturday. Buffett, consistently ranked as one of the wealthiest people in the world, is the chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, a conglomerate holding company based in Omaha, Neb.
