From A Rainbow, Inspiration Flows Artist Jean-Pierre Chesnel works last week on a mural destined for the walls of the College of Southern Idaho campus in Hailey. Chesnel is a Frenchman who has lived in the Wood River Valley for many years. The mural is meant to inspire students in furthering their education.
