Take Your Time, Think It Over

Ketchum-area voters, from left, Jen Smith, Robin Hagenau and Jim Plomasen line up Tuesday to vote at Hemingway Elementary School. By mid-afternoon, voters in Blaine County’s cities turned out to cast primary and special election ballots in varying numbers. Hailey volunteer Larry Teply said, “Voter turnout has been very steady.” Volunteers attributed the busy turnout in Hailey to the proposed rodeo grounds redevelopment bond. Ketchum volunteer Annie Corrock, who reported a somewhat sparse turnout there, remembered a much more enthusiastic group of voters during the presidential election in November 2008.
