Safe Routes to School Pathway Dedicated

Hailey Elementary School Principal Tom Bailey cuts the ribbon on the new Safe Routes to School program’s Elm Street Connector, which links the school with a 10-foot-wide bike-and-pedestrian pathway to the Wood River Trail system. Completion of the project was a collaborative effort among Mountain Rides Transportation Authority, the Blaine County School District, the city of Hailey, the Idaho Transportation Department and Idaho Power Co.
