Steve England waves what he claimed was written proof of mismanagement by Blaine County Sheriff Walt Femling at Wednesday's Pizza and Politics candidate's forum in Hailey. England alleged that the document showed that a former sheriff's office employee embezzled a few hundred dollars in petty cash. Femling explained that the employee forgot to turn in the money after he resigned, but did so when reminded and that no criminal charges were ever filed in the incident.
