NEWS UPDATES:

Cygnet Surfaces In Sun Valley

Sun Valley Resort has a new special guest. It’s not a famous writer in residence, a business tycoon or even a person. It’s a 2-week-old baby swan, or cygnet, born to two proud swan parents who inhabit the pond in front of Sun Valley Lodge. Technically, the swans and their newborn belong to Jerry Korn of Nampa, who loans a number of his fowl to Sun Valley for its lakes and ponds each summer. The two swans that sit in front of the Sun Valley Lodge, however, are permanent fixtures. With a heated pool of water to live in, these two stay outside all year. Photo by David N. Seelig
