The Eyes Have It

Toddler Gus Hedrick, from Hailey, takes a glance Sunday through a pair of special glasses that shows what bugs see with their compound eyes. Gus was one of hundreds of kids who visited the Sawtooth Botanical Garden's sixth annual Bug Zoo Festival, at the garden south of Ketchum. Numerous exhibits highlighted insects in environments similar to their own. Scorpions, spiders, water bugs and butterflies were some of the more popular displays. Photo by Willy Cook
