NEWS UPDATES:

Let The Cooling Begin

Hailey Mayor Susan McBryant, center-left, Hailey Parks Project Coordinator Becki Keefer, center, and Hailey resident Phoebe Pilaro, center-right, enjoy a splash of cool water as they celebrate the grand opening of Jimmy?s Garden on Sunday, July 8. The new pocket park, located on the corner of Second Avenue and Croy Street in Old Hailey, is the result of a far-reaching volunteer effort, especially on the part of Pilaro and her husband, Chris, who are leasing the land to the city for $1 per year. Jimmy?s Garden includes a number of fountains for cooling off during the hot summer months, as well as an artificial climbing boulder. Photo by Willy Cook
