Mast, who doubles as president of the Wood River Ability Program, was instrumental in bringing eight disabled veterans to ski in Sun Valley Sunday, Jan. 15, through Friday, Jan. 20. San Jose, Calif., native Hovgaard, an amputee patient, was injured in an attack on an Army personnel carrier in Baghdad, Iraq.
