'Tis The Season

Snowmaking guns were operating at full tilt Thursday morning on the Mid River Run section of Bald Mountain, after cold weather finally set in over the Wood River Valley. Baldy, which boasts one of the most advanced snowmaking systems in the world, is scheduled to open for skiing and snowboarding on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24. Photo by David N. Seelig
