Get ready to run: Practice set for Wood River soccer players

Incoming Wood River girls varsity soccer coach Greg Gvozdas is no slouch on the soccer field and it is a sure bet his team will not be either.

Gvozdas has set the first four practices for the varsity and junior varsity soccer teams and they are as follows:

Friday, August 13: 4:30-7:30 p.m. at the WRHS track.

Saturday, August 14: 9:30-12:30 p.m. at the WRHS soccer field.

Monday, August 16: 4:30-7 p.m. at the WRHS track.

Tuesday, August 17: 4:30-7 p.m. at the WRHS soccer field.

Players are asked to bring running shoes, soccer shoes and plenty of water.
