Why the push to remove incumbents?

    Our family has owned a business in Bellevue since 1945. We have worked and done business here all of our lives. We have known the incumbent council members Larry Plott, Amber Avila and Barbara Patterson most of their lives, also. They are hard-working, good business people and solid citizens who have raised their families here, too.
   We have found them always willing to listen to what we suggest or say. During their terms in office, they have tried to meet the needs of our citizens and our city.
   Our concern is that we have people who do not live in Bellevue concerned with what we do. We do not interfere with Ketchum’s, Hailey’s or the county’s affairs. We have heard from other outside voices. “What are they up to?” “What are they afraid of?” “What is their agenda?” I would surely question their motives in their push to remove these three incumbent council members.
