Speaker of the House endorses Miller

I write to urge the voters of District 26 to re-elect Rep. Steve Miller to the Idaho House of Representatives. Miller is completing his first term, but he has already distinguished himself as a member of the House.
As a member of the Appropriations Committee, Miller has shown dedication and resolve in helping work through the complex budget issues that come before him. His business experience and his attention to detail are assets that are very useful to the work of this committee.
He also serves on the Resources and Conservation Committee and the Agricultural Affairs Committee—both of which deal with issues of significant importance to the people who live and work in District 26. Miller cares about his constituents and their concerns. He is honest and open-minded and has a common-sense approach when dealing with complex issues. Particularly when dealing with critical water issues, we have come to rely on him for his experience and understanding.
His agricultural experience, coupled with his involvement in local government, make him uniquely qualified and well positioned to represent the interests of his district.
As Speaker of the House, I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Steve Miller. I encourage the people of District 26 to re-elect him and allow him to continue his effective service as theft representative.
Scott Bedke
Speaker of the House
Idaho District 27
