Heuett is right choice for treasurer

Vicki Heuett has served in the Blaine County Treasurer’s Office for over 40 years. She has been county treasurer for 21 years and her vast amount of experience makes her the logical choice to continue as the treasurer of Blaine County.
Her performance over the last four years is exemplary during some of the most turbulent financial times of recent history. She has helped collect the funds that have steered the county through stressful budget times. Vicki serves as tax collector for millions of dollars from the county’s 24 taxing districts and she also is in charge of investing this money to collect interest for the county. She has averaged over $400,000 a year in interest to help pay the county’s budget needs. Vicki is very active as a leader in a variety of county committees and associations and she has received numerous awards, which shows she is recognized by her peers to be competent and qualified.
It only makes good cents to re-elect Vicki as Blaine County treasurer.
