Internet sales tax would just help line pockets in Congress

Don’t fall for the Internet sales tax ploy. It will not help local businesses one bit, and it will not be used for that purpose. Here is how it will be used: The median wealth of a U.S. House member is $765,000. For a senator it is $2,380,000.
They enjoy: a $174,000 salary, free government car, free gas, free parking, free flights, per-diem up to $3,000 a trip, a month’s paid vacation, three-day work weeks, free membership to a top-flight gym, pension plan and 401K plan, full retirement benefits up to 44 percent of their six-figure salaries at age 62, free top-of-the-line health insurance with 10 plans to choose from, and fully covered even with pre-existing conditions. All for doing nothing!
