Treat immigrant children like human beings

Is it not a contradiction that some of the pro-lifers have not come out to defend the rights of the immigrant children that made it to the shores of America to escape danger? Are their lives less than the unborn lives?
I wonder if some of the pro-lifers are among the sign carriers condemning these kids in need; if so, I concur with the gentleman seen carrying a sign that said “Keep the Children Deport the Racists.” In retrospect, and in my opinion, the silence on extending help to the immigrant children from some of the leaders and churches in America speaks volumes about that part of America that will forever be lost in shame. I’m proud of my governor and others around the country that have stepped up to the plate and revealed their hearts. Most of us know that these children from other parts of the world are human beings; and they should be treated like human beings; shame on those that look upon them differently.
