Stivers blessed in friends, not in care of state

I am the legal guardian and ex-wife of the dementia victim in a recent Twin Falls trial that acquitted Jordana Bryan of aggravated battery charges with a deadly weapon. I attended both days of the trial in the place of the victim, Gary Stivers, but could not testify for him, as I was not there at the time of the alleged attack.
I don’t know how he was injured. However, I did personally witness the damage done to Gary Stivers as documented by law enforcement and other agencies. On Gary Stivers’ behalf, I will offer this statement: Pray you don’t become old, sick and poor in Idaho. I know he would also want you all to know how blessed he is in friends.
