Volleyball camp coming to Fish Tank June 26-27

Rise Volleyball Academy of Meridian

Wood River Valley volleyball players in grades eight through high school are looking forward to the Rise Volleyball Academy camp set for Thursday and Friday, June 26-27 at The Community School.

Rise Volleyball Academy based in Meridian is in its fourth year, and this will be the second year that the Wood River Volleyball Club has hosted Rise for a summer camp. Student athletes entering grades 8-12 are welcome to attend.

According to Community School volleyball coach Kristyn Rutland, Rise Academy’s camps offer an intensive, competitive program run by one of Idaho’s top high school-aged coaches, Rise club director and head coach Loren Anderson.

Cost is $150 per player. The two-day program will be held in the Community School’s “Fish Tank” gym, Sun Valley.

For more information, contact Kristyn Rutland at 721-2437 or email her at krutland12@gmail.com. You can also visit the Rise web site at risevolleyballacademy.net.
