WR Cup results from Old Cutters

Wednesday racing

     The 13th annual Wood River Cup short track mountain bike races took another turn around the Old Cutters Park course Wednesday night in the fourth of five racing events of 2014.

     Posting the fastest times were John Reuter, Ashley Knox and Terry Duran.

     The series wraps up at the Croy Creek trailhead June 25 followed by the awards party at Powerhouse Fit Studio, Hailey.

     Here are top results from the Wednesday race at Old Cutters:

       Men A (Cat. 1/2): 1—John Reuter 50:58 (20 laps). 2—Brad Walker 51:09. 3—David Harrison 52:15. 4—Cameron Lloyd 52:37. 5—Dien Toussaint 53:04. 6—Terry Duran 54:00.

       Others: -1 lap, Greg Bearce and Sam Young. -2 laps, Chris Gardner. -3 laps, Todd Byle. -4 laps, Herberth Corrales. -14 laps, Thomas Sebring.

       Women: 1—Ashley Knox 25:59 (9 laps). 2—Liv Jensen 26:36. 3—Amy Drumm 26:48. 4—Simone Kastner 27:11. 5—Laura Theis 27:38. 6—Tory Canfield 29:08. Others: -1 lap, Anja Jensen and -2 laps, Kaia Jensen.

       Men’s Sport: 1—Terry Duran 24:52 (9 laps). 2—Josh Glick 25:28. 3—Herberth Corrales 27:08. 4—Chris Kastner 27:52. Others: -1 lap, Jeff Lyon.
