Edmond Flynn

    Ed passed away peacefully on May 11, 2014, in Indian Wells, Calif.  Josie, his wife of 40 years and the love of his life, was by his side.
    Ed was Academic All American. He played football at UCLA and was captain in 1952 and trained under Red Sanders.
    He became an actuary and opened a pension consulting firm in San Mateo in northern California.
    He moved to Idaho full-time in 1991 and enjoyed skiing, hunting, fishing and golf. Ed got hooked on golf, which brought him and Josie to Indian Wells in 1992.
    Ed was a unique and very kind man, patient and very optimistic. He will be greatly missed.
