WRHS football parent-player meeting June 16

Planning ahead for next season


    The official start of high school football season in Idaho is a little more than two months away, but the minds of local kids are on football as the Blaine County School District winds up classes today, Friday.
    Wood River’s Youth Football Camp for kids entering grades 1-6 in the fall was held this week, June 2-5, after school at the Hailey high school football fields. Carey High School staged its junior high school football camp for grades 6-7 May 27-28 and its camp for grades 8-11 June 3-4.
    Sixth-year Wood River High School football coach Kevin Stilling will conduct his Wood River Varsity Football Camp Tuesday through Thursday, June 10-12 from 5-7 p.m. at the Hailey fields.
    Wood River athletic director John Rade announced Wednes-day that the Football Parent Player meeting for the 2014 sea-son will be held Monday, June 16 at 7 p.m. in the high school commons area, Hailey.
