Wood River Cup bikers tour Old Cutters

    The 13th annual Wood River Cup short track mountain bike series stopped into Old Cutters Park on the east side of Hailey on Wednesday night for its sec-ond of five events.
    Posting the fastest times in the main classes on a beautiful evening were John Reuter, last year’s Sun Valley Enduro Women’s Expert winner Si-mone Kastner and Terry Du-rant.
    The series returns to Croy Creek trailhead west of Hailey on Wednesday, June 11.
    Here are results from the second Wood River Cup:
    Men Cat. 1/2: 1—John Reuter 45:45 (15 laps). 2—Brad Walker 45:48. 3—Cameron Lloyd 46:55. 4—Dave Harrison 47:45. 5—Dien Toussaint 48:30. 6—Greg Bearce 48:59.
    Others: -1 lap, Terry Duran, Mark Vandi-ver, Jedd Young, Zeb Stroebel-Haft, Chris Gardner, Darren Lightfield, Eric Rector. 2-laps: Todd Byle. -3 laps:  Herberth Corrales.
    Women: 1—Simone Kastner 29:15 (8 laps). 2—Liv Jensen 29:37. 3—Amy Drumm 30:04. 4—Muffy Ritz 30:32. 5—Jane Peterson 31:22. 6—Anja Jensen 31:37. 7—Wendy Rector 31:44. 8—Tory Canfield 32:15. 9—Luma Randolph 32:28.
    Others: -1 lap, Gretchen Flint, Cathy Foster and Kaia Jensen.
