Vote Mitch Toryanski for secretary of state

“Mitch will continue the tradition of trust and faithful public service established by my husband, Secretary of State Pete Cenarrusa, 47 years ago,” said Freda Cenarrusa, Toryanski’s campaign chair.
That’s quite an endorsement from the widow of Pete Cenarrusa. Cenarrusa was Idaho’s longest-serving elected Idaho official who served Idaho for 52 years. I met Mr. Toryanski and he’s a good man; he’s thoughtful and has the experience to keep watch over Idaho’s elections. The Idaho secretary of state administers and protects the integrity of elections, safeguards business and public documents filed in the secretary’s office, and as a commissioner on the Idaho State Land Board, he would manage state land to achieve “the highest long-term financial return while adhering to free-market principles,” said Toryanski. He’s is a 30-year army veteran, former Idaho state senator, criminal prosecutor, and deputy Idaho attorney general. Through this work experience, his commitment to honor, duty and country, Toryanski is well-qualified to become the next secretary of state of Idaho.
Toryanski graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, the U.S. Army War College and has a juris doctorate from the American University in Washington, D.C. Toryanski’s experience, integrity and leadership would be good for Idaho.
