Willis cuts house price by $1.2M

Actor Bruce Willis once invested as much as $20 million in Hailey real estate, including a theater, a diner (Shorty’s) and The Mint bar.
Now, Forbes magazine reports, “Willis wants eagerly to divest from Hailey and sell the 20-acre estate he owns in the town.”
On March 30, Willis approved a $1.2 million price cut for his 8,400-square-foot home north of town to bring the new list price down to $8.8 million. It was originally listed for $15 million in 2011, Forbes reported.
The lakefront mansion has a living room with vaulted ceilings and a large stone fireplace, plus multiple fireplaces in the bedrooms, a 2,200-square-foot master suite and bath, log posts and beams and a chef’s kitchen.
