New dentist specializes in gum treatments
    Mark A. Helm, a dentist who relocated to Ketchum from a longtime practice in Beverly Hills, Calif., is offering a new procedure to correct gum recession.
    The new treatment is called the Chao pinhole gum rejuvenation. Unlike previous surgery to correct gum recession, this treatment does not require incision, removal of gum tissue from the palate or even sutures.

PT office welcomes new therapist
    Physical therapist Sydney Praeger, owner of Physical Therapy Plus, has announced the addition of Kristen Sestric to her clinic.
     Sestric holds a doctorate in physical therapy and has recently relocated with her family from the Reno, Nev., area.
    Her emphasis is on cases involving the treatment of spine and pelvic pain, biomechanical imbalances, orthopedic injuries and women’s health conditions.

Headhunting firm named one of best places to work in Idaho
    Redfish Technology, a Hailey-based technology recruiting company, has been selected as one of the “Top Ten Places to Work in Idaho” by the Idaho Business Review and the research firm Populus.
    The order in which the companies are ranked will be revealed at an awards event on April 15.
    “The company culture at Redfish has been built with participation of the whole team. It includes good healthy fun and community support,” said Chief Operating Officer Heidi Clark.
    Citing some examples, Clark noted a company outing to run the Las Vegas Half and Full Marathon as a team, the staff’s “Pay It Forward” campaign and company sponsorship of a table at the Share Your Heart Ball.
 
Hyperbarics shows off new equipment
    Hyperbarics of Sun Valley unveiled a new, five-person hyperbaric chamber at an open house on Thursday, April 3.
    Hyperbaric medicine delivers high levels of oxygen into the body at the cellular level. It is used to treat a wide variety of conditions, ranging from inflammation and wound care to neurological disorders such as autism and Parkinson’s disease.
    Hyperbarics of Sun Valley is the only free-standing hyperbaric medicine facility in Idaho using FDA-approved medical equipment. The office is located at 21 Comet Lane in Hailey.
