MASSV was good for teenagers

As a frequent visitor to your beautiful area, I was curious to attend the MASSV music and art festival. Our 15-year-old kids had heard of the event and had convinced us to take them and four of their friends on a Fourth of July road trip from our home in Oregon. Our typical trips would be to enjoy the snow and weather in Sun Valley with kids along for the ride, but on this outing we let the youth lead us. We were excited to see their enthusiasm for the event and to not feel as though we were dragging them along on our vacation.
We were happy to attend the event as well and were most impressed with the way the organizers were able to dovetail the wildness of the youth and this music with the staid temperament of the local community. The event was great fun and above all we were happy to see our invigorated youth brought closer together celebrating their life and friendships in the wonderful mountains of Idaho. Well done to the organizers of MASSV!
