    Ashley Sievers of Ketchum has qualified for the Whitworth University Laureate Society (GPA 3.75 or better) for the 2013 spring semester at the college located in Spokane, Wash.

    Army Pfc. Tiffany Wheeler has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Wheeler is a 2004 graduate of Wood River High School, in Hailey.

    Hailey’s Thomas Bailey, a 2013 Wood River High School graduate, has started classes at Concordia University in Seward, Neb. He is one of 286 members of the freshman class.

    Army Pvt. Sam A. Colesworthy has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.
    Colesworthy, a 2009 Wood River High graduate, is the son of Pam Colesworthy of South Sun Valley Road, and Matt Colesworthy of Foxglove Road, both of Ketchum
