Suzanne K. Logullo, born Nov. 23, 1962, died Oct. 1, 2013.
Not with a heavy heart nor a saddened face do I say that my best friend, my gate keeper, my love and life for over 28 years lost her battle with cancer. Suzy Logullo was the most caring, loving soul I had the pleasure to share more than half my life with.
She showed me what it was to be a man, to love openly, to put others first before my own needs, to trust in someone, to ask for help when needed, to be happy even when things go so, so wrong, an understanding that women are different and yet equal in every way, to be a father, a husband, to be forgiving, to be Me. The kids and I will miss your light in our lives.
A Camp Rainbow Gold-style celebration of life in Suzy’s honor is to be held at Cathedral Pines on Oct. 19 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. “Wacky Hats and Fun Camp Fire Snacks” is the theme. Dress warmly.
