Trail Creek debut gives Sun Valley 18 holes

Starting today


     Sun Valley Resort golfers have 18 holes available for the Memorial Day weekend with the season opening of nine holes on the Trail Creek course today, Friday, May 24.

     The White Clouds par-36 nine measuring 3,605 yards has been open to golfers for several weeks, but nine holes of the older Trail Creek course will be added for the first time today.

     Value season rate through June 13 is $85 per person for 18 holes for the general public, offering unlimited play for the day (juniors 15-and-under $59 for 18). Nine holes of play are open for $55 adults, $39 juniors.

     Range balls are $4 for a small bucket and $8 for a large one.

     The early-season special of one night lodging and one round of golf for $124 per person, double occupancy, continues through June 9.

     The family-friendly Sawtooth Putting Course near Sun Valley Clubhouse remains open for $5 adults and $3 juniors 12-and-under. The Sun Valley Club and bar serves daily from 11 a.m. through 5 p.m.

     Call the Pro Shop 622-2251 for tee times between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
