Sign up for tackle and flag football

Tuesday at WRMS in Hailey

     Spring is blooming in the Wood River Valley, yet it’s not too early to start thinking about youth football.

     Wood River Youth Football has scheduled its annual Tackle and Flag Football Sign-Up Fair for Tuesday, May 14 from 5:30-8 p.m. in the Wood River Middle School cafeteria, Hailey. The fall programs are for kids ages 7-11.

     The Spring Optimist Football Camp is planned for Tuesday through Friday, May 28-31 from 3-4:30 p.m. each day at Wood River High School in Hailey. No previous football experience is needed. Cost is $40. Each camper receives a t-shirt and excellent coaching.

     And of course the season begins in September.
