Police make cocaine arrest

Ketchum man faces drug delivery charge

By TERRY SMITH
Express Staff Writer

The Blaine County Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Ketchum Police Department arrested a 31-year-old Ketchum man Tuesday on a felony charge of delivery of cocaine.

Joshua L. Buell was incarcerated without bond April 4 in the Blaine County jail.

Ketchum Police Chief Steve Harkins, who also directs the Narcotics Enforcement Team, said Buell was arrested without incident at his place of employment.

Buell is accused of selling 3.5 grams of cocaine to a police confidential informant in Ketchum on Jan. 26.

Harkins reported that the drug was represented as heroin when sold. However, processing of the substance at the Idaho state crime lab revealed that it was actually cocaine.
