Lewis and Bye capture Novice Ice Dance title

At U.S. Nationals

Chloe Lewis (left) and Logan Bye won the Novice Ice Dance tile at the Prudential U.S. National Figure Skating Championships Jan. 21 at Omaha, Neb. Chloe, 12, and Logan, 14 are part-time Sun Valley residents. They moved up from second place in the pattern dances to win the title in a tight race. Chloe is a member for the All Year Figure Skating Club in California and Logan is a member of the Skating Club of New York. They train in Sun Valley during the summer and Christmas season. They are coached by two-time Olympian and three-time World Championships medalist Judy Blumberg of Ketchum, and former U.S. competitor Ikaika Young. Chloe and Logan finished fourth at last year’s competition. This year they skated to music from “The Artist” movie soundtrack.
