Victoria Helen Kramer

Born Victoria Helen Kramer to Kenneth and Jesse Kramer on July 8, 1960, our beloved Vicky left us suddenly and tragically on Jan. 20, 2013, way too soon. Our world is sadder today because of the great loss of our daughter, mother, aunt, niece, fiancé and a very good friend to so many.
Vicky grew up in Billings, Mont., and moved to Bellevue, Idaho, more than 20 years ago, a community that she truly loved. She made friends with many people who enjoyed her and her rebel ways. Vicky touched many lives with her giving heart to those who were in need. She managed the Atkinsons’ Market in Bellevue for more than 13 years and was a dedicated employee and dear friend to her co-workers, as well as to all who frequented the store. Previous to Atkinsons’, she drove a school bus, touching the lives of children, all of whom still remember her fondly. Recently, she had taken on a second job at the Silver Dollar Saloon, where she continued to make friends and serve the community, enjoying Thursday afternoon happy hours with friends watching “Wipe Out” and sharing her snacks.
Vicky met the love of her life and her fiancé, KC Maestas three years ago and planned to celebrate her marriage in the spring.
In passing, Vicky continued to give lovingly by donating her organs and giving the gift of life to five recipients.
We will miss Vicky every day, but it is a great comfort to those who loved her to know we will all see her again someday. Until then, we will continue to keep her memory alive in our hearts.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Burnhard (Travis); sons, Richard Mankin and Nicholas Cole Domke; her mother, Jesse Kramer; sisters, Billy Fay Zoeber (Iris), Susie Grudzinski (Gene) and Bonnie Kramer; brothers, Kenneth Kramer (Lila), Kyle Kramer (Tonja); and fiancé, KC Maestas. Vicky’s grandchildren, Misty, Hannah, Sierra, Madi, Connar and Isaac, will miss their Nanna.
Her father, Kenneth Kramer; sister, Crystal Marie Kramer; and grandparents, aunts and uncles preceded her in death.
Services were held Jan. 26, in Bellevue and on Jan. 31 in Billings, Mont.
Vicky’s family and friends would like to thank Atkinsons’ Market, the Silver Dollar Saloon and Mahoney’s Bar and Grill for their generous support and all those who attended the service to pay their respects.

And the Heavens were rolling,
Like a wheel on a track,
And our sky was unfolding,
And it will never fold back.
A sky of Blue and Black.
