Ramsey works with prosecutor

During my tenure at the Blaine County Prosecuting Attorneys Office I have worked together with Gene Ramsey for the past 16 years. During this time I have always found Sheriff Ramsey to display calm reasoned judgment as well as honesty and integrity in his interactions with people of the community.  Sheriff Ramsey is very responsive to investigative needs that my office requires and seeks to insure that our offices collaborate on important criminal investigations.  Given that the Sheriff’s Office has one of the largest staffs and budgets in the county, I cannot think of a more qualified candidate at this time to continue to oversee the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office and jail than Gene Ramsey.

I urge you to vote Nov. 6 for the sheriff candidate who can successfully continue to lead the local law enforcement community with experience and quality leadership—Gene Ramsey.

Jim J. Thomas

Blaine County prosecuting attorney
