Air Service LOT is not legal

I am writing to voice my displeasure with the Attorney General's Office. Through intentionally convoluted arguments, erroneous analyses and misinterpretations of the state statutes and Constitution   (urged by the supposed constitutional attorneys Hawley-Troxell and cheered on by Wendy Jaquet, Carol Waller, Sun Valley Co., Fly Sun Valley Alliance, the Sun Valley Marketing Alliance, etc.) they issued an opinion that flies in the face of any rational interpretation of the law.  By the way, the opinion is not law!

Unfortunately, unless the voters reject the false arguments set forth by Fly Sun Valley Alliance and the Sun Valley Marketing Association, they will be on the hook for another tax in addition to the $16,000,000,000 that the federal government owes. I don't know how much of the federal government debt was incurred illegally, but the local airline subsidy use of the local-option tax is completely illegal, no matter what Hawley Troxell, the attorney general and the city attorneys say!

Also, did you know that the Sun Valley Marketing Association and the Fly Sun Valley Alliance do not have to disclose how our money is spent, according to the city of Ketchum? They want our money, but want to keep it a secret. I asked the Marketing Alliance for a list, without names, of salaries, but they have not answered my request. That is how ethical and moral those private corporations are, and by the way, they are funded by our taxpayer dollars.
