Supervision?

Putting the word “super” and “vision” together was a great idea but not seeming to be utilized together in our school district.

That said, I wish that the Mountain Express would have found the time to investigate the supervision, or I should say the lack of supervision, of McKinstry in Caldwell when our now-superintendent was supervising their school project. From what I have heard, McKinstry was also over budget on their project in Caldwell. If the superintendent did not learn from that mistake, what others will we have to deal with before we realize that supervision of our hard-earned money is not a priority?

If you see these as problems like I do, then write your school board members, as they need to hear from you. Even if you do not have a student in the district, they are spending your tax dollars. Go to the www.blaineschools.org website and click on the school board portion. Make noise or make more money!
